How Our Process Works
We begin with a conversation about your requirements. This can happen over the phone or at our showroom. Once we understand your project, we schedule an on-site visit to take precise measurements and discuss fabric options in your actual lighting conditions.
After your approval, production typically takes two to three weeks. We contact you when your curtains are ready and arrange a convenient installation time. The entire process from first contact to finished installation usually spans four to five weeks.
